Rania Abou Mosleh is the founder of AMB s.a.l. and AMB Contracting s.a.l. with proven skills in project planning and management, field assessments in emerging markets, and conflict areas, as well as community mobilization and relationship management. A results-driven and self-motivated businesswoman with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams to maximize efficiency. Experienced in managing community development programs, Environmental consulting projects, and Solid Waste contracts in several countries in Asia.

With more than fifteen years of experience in fifteen Asian and ME/Arab countries including Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Montenegro, and Nepal. She helped build sound business relationships across cultural boundaries to achieve targets in the environmental, educational, and development sectors.

She holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Agriculture, a Master of Science in Ecosystem Management. In 2014-2015 she graduated from INSEAD with an EMBA. In 2016, she completed the HARVARD Program for Leadership Development. Also, she has completed post-graduate training courses and certificates in Project Management, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, and Participatory Rural Appraisal Rania founded AMB s​ .a.l.​ in 2010 and AMB Contracting ​s.a.l.​ in 2011, and she helped to grow the company to a 5M dollar turnover in 4 years.

Rania has worked with, the Association for Forest Development and Conservation in developing five forest restoration plans; MSC-IPP/Ministry of Environment & European Union in Evaluating and recommending options for improving the institutional and economic infrastructure impacting reforestation; Louis Berger / Office of Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) in forest situation analysis and inventory, proposals for reforestation and fire-fighting, options for socio-economic improvement; And she also worked with Qatar Foundation in managing a​ 5M dollar​ Disaster Risk Reduction Project and forest/community management plans in Nepal.
